  • MultiGrade is an all-in-one primary grading tool that brings your essential colour controls together in a single, intuitive node — making it faster and easier to adjust exposure, contrast, colour balance, and saturation with precision.

  • Exposure: Adjusts image brightness in photometric stops.
    Temp: Controls warm-cool bias photometrically.
    Tint: Controls green-magenta bias photometrically.
Flare: Raises or lowers the black point to address lens flare.
Contrast: Controls the slope of the linear contrast curve.
Pivot: Sets the neutral axis point of the contrast curve.

Highlight: Adjusts exposure within the highlight range.
Highlight Threshold: Defines the rolloff point for the highlight adjustment.
Shadow: Adjusts exposure within the shadow range.
Shadow Threshold: Defines the rolloff point for the shadow adjustment.

Sat Gain: Controls overall image saturation uniformly.
Sat Gamma: Adjusts saturation with stronger influence on low-saturation areas.

Enable Heatmap: Displays a false colour overlay highlighting different exposure zones in the image.
Enable Mid-Grey Zone: Displays areas from 0.5 stops below to 1 stop above middle grey, while greying out all other regions.

Gang Highlight and Shadow: Connects the Highlight and Shadow controls.
Gang Inside and Outside: Inverts the Exposure adjustment within the central ellipse.

Bypass Exposure: Bypasses the Exposure adjustment.
Bypass Balance: Bypasses Balance adjustments (Temp and Tint).
Bypass Tone: Bypasses Tone adjustments (Flare, Contrast, Pivot, Highlights, and Shadows.
Bypass Sat: Bypasses Saturation adjustments (Sat Gain and Sat Gamma).
Bypass Vignette: Bypasses the Vignette adjustment.

Highlight Vignette: Displays the central excluded ellipse overlay.

Show Curve: Overlays the adjustment curve on the image.
Show Sat Curve: Overlays the saturation curve on the image.

Timeline Colour Space: The current working space of your project.

  • MultiGrade can work in DaVinci Intermediate / DaVinci Wide Gamut, Arri Log C3 / Arri Wide Gamut 3, and ACEScct / AP1.
